What's included in my coaching package

Over 12 weeks you'll get over 8 hours of personlised expert coaching:

  • 1 x 2 hour initial coaching session - goal setting and getting to know you
  • 1 x 90 minute Strength profile and debrief
  • 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions (delivered fortnightly)

Not sure about your well-being?

Well-being is our ability to feel good and function effectively and with ADHD that can sometimes be super difficult. I use a Well-being model in my coaching to understand where we need to focus.

PS - it’s ok if it’s not perfect. Remember, life ebbs and flows, it’s how we respond to it that makes us feel resilient.

Burnout and fatigue is often the result of many things.  Our coaching pinpoints the contributing factors and we take a holistic approach to getting you back on track and feeling great again.  

We use Carol Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Model as the basis for understanding where we need to focus.
